Layout Liner and Brick in the form. Trim the

Liner with tight tolerances around any

forms. The plus (+) edge joint secures over

the minus (-) edge joint on the adjoining

sheet. Place only one tier of sheets prior to

placing the bricks, face down, in to the liner.
Once fully bricked, check panel to ensure

all bricks are fully nested and flat in the

liner. Run a tape measure down the side of

the panel and hook it on the bottom of the

last brick. This is to check the accuracy of

the coursing and to ensure align ability.

Now every 16 inches should be the bottom

of a brick.

After reinforcement is installed walk the

panels looking for any loose or possibly

broken brick. Proceed with the pour,

vibrating thoroughly.
Remove sheets by merely peeling them off

the cured panel. High pressure wash with a

hot water to remove wax along with any

concrete film. NO CHEMICALS OR BRUSH
