Mbrick™ Product available for every application - precast, tilt-up and vertical cast-in-place. The system
incorporates our patented Versa Liner® with the use of the thin brick to create flawless brick walls. Versa
Liner® sheet covers six square feet. The interlocking sheets are initially placed on the casting surface
and will provide the mold of the motor joints around the thin brick. Finally the thin brick is rapidly set into
the liner, face down. The face of each brick has a thin coating of wax as a bond breaker. Next the rebar
is placed, then the concrete is poured over the top and vibrated. Once lifted and the liner is removed
the wall will have the perfect appearance of brick.
